I am a qualified consultant meeting the Secretary of Interior's Qualification Standards (36 CFR 61) and Professional Standards (48 CFR 44738-9).  I have experience in both the research aspect of projects, as well as the follow-through of projects with architectural firms to ensure the appropriate completion of work and satisfaction of tax credit requirements.
